Restore Hydration BOOST 180ml

Restore Hydration contains a blend of Liquid chlorophyll, 50+ organic ocean sourced electrolytes (including sodium, magnesium, calcium, chloride, boron and sulfur), salt and stevia.

When the concentrate is combined with an appropriate volume of high quality spring or filtered water, the electrolyte drink is able to bypass any biochemical blocks interfering with the passage of water into your cells.

INSTRUCTIONS Shake well before use. Add 15-20 ml of Restore hydration to 1 litre of water. For best results, start drinking 300ml 20 minutes before exercise.
